The room did not have a refrigerator or a safe, even though we expected those basic amenities. On top of that, during all four nights of our stay, the air conditioning barely worked. It constantly felt like it was stuck on the lowest fan setting. We reported the issue to the hotel, and someone came to fix it. It worked for a short time, but during the night the air conditioning stopped working completely. We woke up in a hot room and were unable to sleep comfortably. This was a very disappointing experience. When you can’t sleep properly, you can’t rest, and that completely affects your ability to enjoy your vacation. We paid for a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. We expected much better service and accommodations. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The bar served very good cocktails, and the staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not like the room at all. It was missing basic amenities such as a refrigerator and a safe, and the air conditioning barely worked during our stay. Despite reporting the issue, the problem was never fully resolved. Overall, the room was a major disappointment and negatively affected our experience.

The air conditioning was very low, even if it was in the lowest temperature

The room is very clean.The staff are very helpful and polite. The baggage deposit is very convenient to use. All the travel essentials is in the room.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I had reserved two rooms, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, when I greeted the reception staff with a simple “good morning,” they responded with surprising aggression. Despite my repeated attempts to be polite, the interaction was very negative. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it significantly affected my stay. I look forward to your prompt response and an explanation of how this will be addressed.

The staff are great. The room furniture very uncomfortable it reminded me of IKEA furniture Very cramped. Breakfast buffet was great however the restaurant for dinner in the hotel the food was horrible. We left the hotel to eat each meal.

Very good value for cost.

○Beds are very comfortable ○Rooms very clean ●The extra charges are not highlighted before booking or even after booking. You receive a whole message on the day of check in. ●I tried sending a message to the hotel before but they were not helpful. ●The staff at the bar treated us like we were running away with the coffee bill while we were still seated.

Perfect for a solo traveler, felt safe at night especially and the location was good too! Staff was friendly and helpful as well

Rooms are to small and shower area is difficult to get a comfortable showers

We stayed for one night overall a good experience!!!
