Lovely hotel, tucked down a side street. From the facade, you wouldnt expect it to be so lovely inside. In a great area for public transport and places to eat. Car park is about an 8 min walk, so drop your bags off first. Our room (103) was lovely, such a comfy bed. Shower was big with high water pressure. Breakfast was amazing, such choice! All the staff were very helpful. Mini bar was well stocked with drinks and nibbles (payable). Just a few niggles... The shower door didn't fully close, so it made the floor outside very wet when showering. The toilet door didn't close fully, which didn't bother us but may bother others. Please take time to learn how to use the lighting panels. If you need to get up in the night, you'll end up feeling like you're in a disco as you won't know which icon to press. I cancelled the daily room service on the electronic pad, but the maids still knocked on the door and came in! Would definitely benefit from blackout curtains as the blind let's in lots of light. There is a glass roof on the restaurant, which shon light into the rooms above. The view from our room was non existent, just lots of black window shutters (which you couldn't shut, I think maybe to give a bit of privacy as all the rooms are overlooked). I've added a pic of our view. Lastly, our window wouldnt open. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Very helpful and welcoming staff

Great location in Hamburg. Easy to get to the train station as well as the harbor area and other sightseeing. The room was beautiful and the staff was great. I was only there for one night, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Quite a unique hotel and a nice location that's quite central. Easy walking distance to public transport and most locations within Hamburg city centre.

Parking was walkable and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable.
