Room wasn’t ready on time. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Place was spacious and clean though. Great for a family with kids.

The room was good except for the carpet needs to be shampooed. The breakfast was great everyday. Most of the staff don't speak English so asking for things was hard. My wife got hurt and the staff and manager didn't care if she was ok and did want to file an accident report. The staff just lets none staying guest into the pool area to swim in there street clothes and disrupt the paying guests. This is supposed to be a secured area for the paying guests of the hotel.

Clean room and cozy

We had a very clean room the front desk staff was great. Breakfast was excellent a variety to choose from . Great place to stay!

The pull out bed that we needed to sleep all of our party was broken and did not get fixed even though we requested an inspection twice during our stay. An alternate room was not available. There was also no bedding available for the pull out couch and needed to be requested downstairs. The shower did not drain properly and the shower curtain hung into the bathtub while showering. We did not have enough towels in the room for our party and had to request more. The staff was friendly, the tvs showing the World Cup during our stay were a nice touch.

Property was very clean and beautiful. The staff were all friendly and breakfast was great.

The air conditioner made a horrible noise. Even when we moved to another room the ac machine still made enough noise that I could not sleep.

Great location, near the airport and a nice mall. The hotel itself is spotless and modern. We had a three year-old with us so we booked a separate bedroom suite. Both the bedroom and living/kitchen area were spacious and the layout was perfect for her early bedtime. I'd definitely stay there again.
