Bom
Well, cheapest 5 star hotel property in Dubai so what can you expect. A bit overrun by Korean tourists groups and buses, busy and very basic breakfast, no hot drinks selections, very limited choice food. However staff is amazing and accommodating, big rooms and convenient location to airport.

Fantástico
Clean room and comfortable stay, very good location with lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The area around is very lively. Also it is fairly close to the airport.

Check in/out was fairly smooth, room was nice and clean but noisy from street and planes taking off never heard any noise the last time we stayed here? All staff were nice friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant Lamesa was excellent as always and is probably the reason why we stay at this hotel!!!

Very bad experience. The night shift gave me late checkout until 2:00 pm, but the morning staff woke me up at 12:00 pm and told me to leave or be charged. They also asked for a 200 cash deposit, and when I checked out, they charged me for a soft drink from the fridge and only refunded 120. Unprofessional service

The cleaning staff and also the reception staff and the porter , all of them with the best attitude , service. Top stuff.. but the things that used to be offerdd before 4 years ago is not the same .
