This is a super convenient location, practically inside Ueno park, you can see the lake from the room, also Ueno station is very easy to move to almost anywhere. The breakfast included is also very good. The only downside is that elevator can be slow and the hotel is open air so in summer it can get hot while waiting for elevator.

fantastic and will come again to book next time

Clean and very convenient

It does not have laundry service in hotel. Other wise great location, service and over all a good experience.

Great a/c in room but ventilation in the hallways is terrible and hot.

Staff were very helpful. They lent us an iron and ironing board so we can press our clothes that got wrinkled during the trip. After checking out in the morning they helped store our luggage until we were ready to leave for the airport that same day. The room staff were very accommodating in changing our bathroom towels almost every day and taking our garbage as well. It would be nice for long term stays to have a self service laundry facility. Their location was key as the Keisei Skyliner and local train station was just across the road. We didn't have to drag our luggage into full trains. The view of the Shinobazuno pond was very nice from the 15th floor. Will for sure return to this hotel on our next trip.

Even though the room was small it had everything you needed and more. Easy check in and very close to the station and park

This hotel is a very clean and functional place in a great location. The rooms are very small but that is to be expected. Perfect for one person on a budget.

Absolutely disgusting rooms. I had to change, and even the second one was dirty.

Best location in ueno right by the park and the market
