Rooms clean. No parking available. Food not available past 10 pm. Pool not available past 10pm. Makes it difficult for people staying late at hotel that want to enjoy pool and dinners

Perfect stay

The front desk receptionist/ bartender (Erica) did an exceptional job, watching her deal with troubling customers and helping us.

The room was spacious, accommodating, and clean. Additionally, the airport shuttle was very convenient..

The shuttle driver & manager were extremely rude to us. We pulled up under the canopy to check in & unload luggage onto a cart in the pouring down rain. There was an ambulance in one lane, we pulled into the other. A airport shuttle pulled up behind us. I was sitting in the car & as my husband walked back to the car the shuttle driver rudely yelled out the window “ move your car”! We pulled forward into the rain out from under the canopy & unloaded luggage onto a cart. We walked in & I said to the person working at the front desk “that was rude of the shuttle driver to yell at a guest to move their car”. The girl next to her said “I’m the shuttle driver” I told her that was rude, she walked around the corner came back with the manager & he proceeded to tell me I was rude to his employee! He told me we should have parked in a parking spot & walked up to the hotel to check in. I asked “in the pouring rain” he said yes, there are no parking signs posted. I have never stayed in a hotel where you don’t pull up to. We were expected to park first & unload in the pouring rain. No one got on or off of the shuttle the entire time we were checking in. The driver needed to pull up to go stand at the front desk. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the driver & the manager. I worked for Marriott for 16 years, we would have never treated a guest like that. We would have been written up immediately for yelling at a guest. Manager here totally backed her behavior. Absolutely disgusted.
