Bom
You get what you pay for. Small room. Even smaller bathroom. Certainly clean. A hotel that clearly has multiple bus tours staying here plus airline staff - consequently extremely busy. Which translates into inadequate seating at breakfast - the queue waiting to be seated was absolutely ludicrous. Complaining to the reception staff got us upgraded to the premier lounge for breakfast. Not sure it was even worth the effort - a very mediocre range of food. Stations that were not refilled. Hot water for tea empty and we were just told to use another one elsewhere when we pointed out it needed refilling. Not inclined to repeat our visit.

To start, breakfast needs improvement. The melons were too hard and not juicy at all but the watermelon was too ripe. Alot of the bacon wasn't cooked so I literally had to dig for some coke bacon. In my room, the bathroom had a constant bad order and it wasn't from just using the toilet. There was no bottle water in the room and the filter water in a separate spout on the sink tasted too much chemicals in the water. When checking out, no one was available for me to get a receipt especially while there was already someone waiting at the lobby reception for assistance. I needed to get my grab so I just left my room keys in the drop box and left without getting my receipt.

The hotel is in a great location and is very cost effective. Walking distance to Orchard Road. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Excellent buffet breakfast. There are good restaurants within the hotel complex. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was accommodating. We arrived very early, and they allowed us to do our laundry and use the pool and shuttle bus while we waited for our room to be ready. The cafe in the lobby offered a limited but delicious breakfast.

I prepaid my stay and was charged $48 USD additional. I asked aboout this charge at check in and again at check out. No one was able to assist or explain. I've message the hotel twice and still no answer.
