Live bugs in the room. Clogged shower drain. Poor lighting. Dirty walls. Missing hair dryer. Only one bath towel. No live staff around and no one answering the phone. No breakfast. Need I say more? If we had not come to our room so late in the evening we would have definitely found another place to stay for the night. Company refused a refund.

Don't accept Apple Pay. It's cheap so you get why you pay for. Front desk was giving us

I liked that the staff was attentive and friendly. With that being said, our room smelled like mildew and old cigarettes, the windows was broken, we were only provided 2 towels for 3 guests. Also, breakfast was unavailable and we were not informed prior to our stay. With that being said, the staff did correct the towel issue by allowing us to grab more and we did not complain about the other issues as we had little hope a new room would be any better.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Upon arrival, there were police outside the property, which immediately made us uneasy. We checked in and were assigned a room, only to haul all of our luggage up two flights of stairs and discover that the room had clearly not been cleaned. There were flies buzzing around, dirt throughout the room, and sheets and towels were thrown around as though housekeeping had never even stepped into the room. It looked like no one had stayed there in weeks. After carrying all of our belongings back downstairs, the front desk employee handed me another guest's ID without verifying my identity, which is a serious privacy and security issue. We were then assigned a second room, but immediately upon entering we were overwhelmed by a strong mold odor and knew there was no way we could stay there. At that point we requested a refund and had to spend the next couple of hours trying to resolve the situation and find another hotel, which took a significant amount of time out of our vacation. Thankfully, we found accommodations elsewhere. The condition of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, and the security concerns surrounding another guest's identification being handed to me make this a property I cannot recommend. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

This property is outdated and not the most appealing place to stay. The room smelled like mildew, the baseboards were falling apart, the mirror was cloudy, the a/c wasn’t cold enough, and the outside appearance wasn’t clean. The sidewalk, elevator and stairs were dirty and the garbage can outside was spilling over with trash. When checking in, you speak to a representative that’s on a screen, there’s no actual human working at the desk. I’ve never experienced a stay like this. I was tired from a long drive but I obviously made the wrong choice to stay and rest.

no hay recepcion solo una maquina virtual te atiende!no dan desayuno y piden disculpas por ello es mas facil colocarlo en su portal como hacen otros hoteles no damos desayuno es mas claro y informativo ,haganlo!tampoco dan o proporcionan toallas tomar en cuenta quien lea estas recomendaciones ...hay que llevar nuestras propias toallas para el bano por mas que las pedi el primer dia nadie no me dieron ninguna con cara que de sorprendidos bueno la maquina virtual con la que hablas !pero no me dieron ninguna al segundo dia de estadia tambien fui a pedir y nada no me dieron nada ,nada!ni me proporcionaron ninguna se la pides a un operador que funciona como recepcionista ya que no hay recepcion como tal solo una maquina virtual! se la pedi a la camarera y sorpresa no hay tollas en un escritorio de la recepcion tienen un hoja para que anotes tus necesidades y me anote pidiendo toallas nada no sirvio de nada!jajaja.me he dado cuenta que hoy dia los hoteles con la ridicula respuestas que estan en restaurancion o en remodelacion tienen la escusa perfecta para no dar un servicio determinado y con eso se dan una escusa perfecta!que tristesa me da por que el hotel como esta bastante aceptable ..recomendacion no enganen al publico digan las cosas o coloquelan en el portal y mas sincero. There's no reception, just a virtual machine that attends to you...!! They don't serve breakfast and apologize for it.They also don't give or provide towels, so take note if you're reading this advice...

Great hotel for the price..you get what you pay for quiet nice pool and excellent friendly staff I you don't want to brake your wallet for a few nights this is the place to stay Keep up the good work The only bad part they run out of coffee one day but beside that all good Thierry Smits

The room was relatively clean. The outside and lobby is pretty gross. They are supposedly renovating at least that’s what the sign said as to why they aren’t offering breakfast even though on the site it is advertised. I didn’t see any signs of renovation though. I was given a bath mat for a towel and 2 conditioners and no shampoo, which I didn’t realize till I was in the shower. If your looking at price only, then it is what it is. I don’t think I’m staying here again. I’ll spend more and get something more than a bed

check in was problematic. No staff on premises that we saw, everything was done through a terminal which wasn't scanning properly. 20 minute long process. Got our room number and were left to figure out which building it was in. The room had a musty smell. I pulled back the sheets and found two dark smudges, not sure if they were just stained or not washed. The bathtub was (I think) clean but badly stained. The property is definitely in need of some upkeep. Pool was dirty.
