Ótimo My stay at the route in. Nagaizumi was nice. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were nice, but the town was rather unexciting, and without a car it would take rather long walking to get anywhere other than the small outlet a half kilometer down the road.

If you are looking for a hotel with decent rates and a good location for getting to Mount Fuji, it works quite well. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and quiet. However, it is a fair walk to the nearest train station, so better for those with a vehicle than those on foot. Also, the bathroom was quite small, but this was easily made up for by the provided toiletries, which are uncommon for most budget places in Japan. Overall, a good experience.
