A credit card incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. Should there be no charges incurred during the stay, credit card pre-authorization will be canceled upon check-out, refund is then subject to issuing bank’s policy.

To confirm your transportation service request (with surcharge), please contact the property at least 48 hours before your arrival date, otherwise, request cannot be arranged.

Maximum occupancy must be strictly followed (surcharge strictly applies for extra guests): 3 adults for twin/double rooms and 5 adults for the Family room, Royal and Presidential Suites. A maximum of one child (0–9 years old) per room is allowed. ID or birth certificate is required for verification.

Any guests beyond the maximum occupancy (regardless of age) must book another room; check-in will not be permitted otherwise. Please check your voucher for the total paid occupancy.

ADVISORY: The Main Wing swimming pool and its pathway will be closed for renovation from March 1–31, 2026. The other two pools remain open and accessible to all guests.We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Effective January 14,2026: room rates on December 31, 2026 (New Year's Eve) include a common buffet dinner good for a minimum of 4 persons only for Family Room, Royal Suite & Presidential Suite; and minimum 2 persons only for the other room types.

To guarantee your reservation, an extra person is also required to pay for dinner upon check-in based on the prevailing rate. Kid rate and charge will be determined on-site depending on their height. Mandatory Dinner will still be charged even if guests cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.

Extra Person Fees (still subject to change w/out prior notice-prevailing rates to be collected at the front desk upon check-in):

Superior, Deluxe, Premier room, Premier room with direct pool access, Family room 

Extra kid charge (5-9 yrs. old) - Php 728 per room per night

Extra person charge (10 yrs. old and above) - Php 1,456 per room per night

Junior Suite, Junior Suite with direct pool access, Executive Suite, Honeymoon Suite, Royal Suite, Presidential Suite –

Extra kid charge (5-9 yrs. old) - Php 1,232 per room per night
