The hotel does not look like the photos and is on the run down side for the price paid. I was given ‘disposable’ towels, essentially large paper towels to dry off. This was not a good experience. The gentleman working the front desk was very kind though.

Room was covered in black mould. All on the walls and in the bathroom. I contacted Expedia to tell them and was offered to leave and get a refund or stay and get a coupon. The staff moved me to another room which was equally as bad as the first. The second room I was moved to had black mould on the wall by the bed and they had covered it up with a sheet of translucent plastic. The walls were cracked and mouldy and the whole building was dilapidated. The staff said that the building was 10 years old - the age of the building doesn’t matter, it has not been maintained at all. This was extremely expensive for what it was. Under the bed was not cleaned at all. There were left over socks and underwear. Also the USB sockets did not work.

The staff were nice and courteous. We stayed in a private room for three people. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable and the room was not very clean. We even found a cockroach under our bed.
There was no regular housekeeping service, aside from emptying the garbage bin and providing disposable towels. We chose not to use the disposable towels and had to purchase our own towels for the entire stay.
Only one elevator was operational throughout our stay, which made getting around the building very inconvenient. The property is not located in the best neighborhood, though it was acceptable.
Due to a last-minute booking during the Christmas holiday period, the price was not particularly cheap. While the accommodation may appear to offer reasonable value for money, we would likely choose a hotel instead for our next stay.

For the price and location you can’t really beat it. I stayed in a private room with a bathroom. Ron was small but doable. Room was clean but showed a lot of wear and tear around the edges. Half of my stay one of the two elevators was out of commission which made going up and down quite a hassle. One evening (around 5pm) we all waited for the maintenance man to stop at each floor and collect garbage. We waited forever. Couldn’t this have been done overnight knowing there was only 1 elevator working?
Great location, steps away from Nathan Street and the subway.
For a single guy who was only there for a week it was good. Would I have spent a bit more on something a little better? Probably. But it was a good place to rest at night.

I had a car accident and had a surgery, so I need from upper bed , move to lower bed so they do their best made change to make me stay comfortable. Staffs very friendly and nice . Thanks!
