It is a boutique hotel. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. It is a great location to walk from.

The room was very below average. We had to kill a few big flies when we got in it, The leather headboard is very worn and dirty and stained. There was black mold in the shower. The breakfast that is offered to buy as an extra is actually delivered to your room and that was very nice. If you are out late, unless somebody is at the door, we were almost locked out because the key card did not work.

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. There were a few staff members who were very helpful with directions and transportation suggestions. Also, the hotel was located in a great location with a 2-minute walk to the fountain.

Hotel muy bien ubicado a solo 1 cuadra de la Fontana de Trevi, excelente atención del personal de recepción, pero el hotel está un poco descuidado, con algunas fallas en los baños en el AC. Necesita inversión

This is a great place to stay right by the trevi fountain. Excellent ac which is important after a day of exploring. Staff was FANTASTIC. Super helpful and friendly. Tiger was the absolute best at providing directions and assisting us with any questions. He is Eager to assist and make sure you have the best possible stay while in Rome!

Place is very convenient to Trevi fountain. Walking distance to everything. My only major complaint is the shower door. It only has one shower door and the water overflows to the bathroom floor if the water is on full blast. The head board is worn with obvious signs of wear, perhaps more lighting? Otherwise, it’s a great place.

La estadía en lo general estuvo buena, en el cuarto encontramos un cucaracha pequeña, el televisor y la nevera no funcionaba y se notificó varias veces para que fueran a arreglarlo y no lo arreglaron, el agua de la bañera no bajaba rápido, y en hotel está a una calle de la fontana di Trevi, ellos presenta una foto como q de un cuarto se ve la fontana pero eso no es real, aunque la localización es muy buena esta cerca de todo y los empleados son muy atentos, de volver a seleccionarlo no lo haría

The “annex” was like an old brothel. Extremely unkempt, stained wallpaper, broken baseboards, filthy windowsill.
