Stayed for 4 nights and had no issues whatsoever. Very helpful staff, good sized room, well located near a station. Was a bit noisy on an evening, but noise stopped at a reasonable time.

Nice room, little kitchen as listed. Very handy, close to the train station and a nice grocery store "Jumbo". Also rented a bike for the day. Best way to fet around Amsterdam! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. However, the mattress and the pillows are not really comfortable to sleep in. The pillows look fluffy but very flat once your weight comes in. It feels like not having any pillow at all. One of the bed sheet has an attached adaptor on it. I think it got stock there during the laundry and drying process. Moreover, we are only given one card to access the room and the toilet just outside the room. I think it will help if we are given at least 2 cards for the 4 people staying in the Quadruple room and for accessing the toilet.
But overall, we got all the things that we need and we manage to enjoy our stay in Amsterdam. Having a microwave inside the room is really helpful. Plus, they offer free drinks like coffee and tea in the reception area.

Chambre très surprenante. Pas très fonctionnelle niveau rangement et aération. Mais l'hôtel est très bien situé et l'ambiance très agréable.
