We were in room 11 and the bath/shower is the wrong way round so that you cannot 'hook' the shower head to anything on a wall so you have to stand in the bath and spray yourself which is very silly. Also, when you are a guest, I object to having to pay fpor parking but I recognise that that is France..........................................................!!

Lovely room, lovely staff and an excellent position. We always pass through Reims on our way to somewhere else, but would be happy to stay here for a few days and explore the area properly.

What a gem! The location, staff, and building were all exceptional. Although we stayed only one night, we felt very comfortable and were able to book some time in the sauna. The decor and interiors are all fitting to the hotel's origins.

The Grand Hotel des Templiers is an historic hotel situated just North of the Reims city center. All of the rooms are decorated individually with unique furnishings. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from a number of restaurants and city sights, and a short cab ride from some of the larger champagne houses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking some old world charm in Reims.

This was our second stay at the GHT. The staff are very friendly and professional with good English. The room was comfortable and more than we were expecting. parking at the rear of the building is very safe, although there is on street parking outside the hotel, for a small fee. Breakfast was very good too, more than ample for a good morning's tour of Reims. Should we return to the beautiful city of Reims we will stay at GHT again.
