Hotel was very accommodating and it was a pleasurable experience on a overnight stay food and drink was very good my room entrance and , some of the public areas would benefit from a little decorating, scuffs and minor damage caused by resident traffic as you would expect, but a little unsightly as a first impression. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend.

Pro: AC worked very well, bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Con: Towels didn’t smell fresh. Shower didn’t drain properly. Staff made us wait to ensure they got their money from Expedia which I thought was really weird. All attention at check out went there and they didn’t ask if we had enjoyed our stay.

Nice room with lots of space and A/C. Comfortable bed. Convenient access and plenty of free parking. Restaurant okay but noisy in the bar. Food was edible, not great. Very convenient location near the motorway.

Nice hotel ideally located for Bruge, rooms were dark but decent beds and the temp was ok albeit the air con was showing an error, luckily it wasn’t a hot night, breakfast was fine and it was great having easy access to Tesla Superchargers

What a charming hotel just a short drive into the centre of Bruges. If you've been driving around Europe or just are exhausted, this is the perfect relaxing place to call home for a few days- entering the drive it feels like you're arriving at your own personal castle! The rooms are large and feature patios, fridge, tea and coffee, luxury bathrooms. The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious and the staff are just delightful. Always a quiet presence and ready to help whenever you need. We came for one night and left recharged. I would love to return!
