Ficou com crianças

Location was great, close to transportation which made it easy to get around. Hotel was clean, helpful staff. Our family stayed here with our young children and when one of them unfortunately became sick and threw up, they were quick to tidy up and to provide us with fresh linens despite the late hour. Pool was great. Kids loved it. We had a very early flight and the staff helped us to pre-book our taxi for 3:30am. Great place to stay overall.

We checked into our first room and the air conditioning did not work. When we informed the staff they were helpful but said they couldn’t switch our rooms until the morning. It was a painfully hot night but we understood that it would be tough to switch us the evening of our check in. Besides that issue the hotel was great. Super clean and friendly staff.

Good breakfast buffet. Centrally located in Seoul with easy access to public transportation. There is a beautiful river/canal promenade nearby that is a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. However - the hotel is hard to find the first time - even our taxi driver couldn’t find it so we had to walk with our luggage down narrow alleys to get to it. Also the rooms don’t have any cupboards or drawers for storage of clothes if you stay for an extended period of time.

it’s ok hotel but it feels like resort type hotels in tropical destinations, not cozy at all with the tiled floors, like a room rental. Location is well situated but was a bit weird at first due to the small alley ways. All in all, staffs were great just the overall vibe of the room that feels not premium.
