very clean room! To get into the hotel and the parking garage was the worst experience, it’s like a labyrinth! Will recommend to get dropped off into the main lobby, then figure your way into the rooms

They don’t offer a microwave anywhere forcing you to eat cold food. The refrigerator didn’t get that cold and they had me in a room that sounded like a roller coaster was above my room.

Clean room

I checked in June 18th in room 842 for the Jeezy concert. Immediately upon check in, sheets were filthy, toilet was running, sink was stopped up. I called down to the front desk and no reported within 20 minutes. I went down to the front desk just to be escorted back to the room with a housekeeping manager. I guess they had to see the dirt for themselves. The only good thing was they had a room available in 10 minutes (the same room they tried to charge an additional 50 per night at check in). The manager did assist with getting our bags to the next room promptly. Immediately upon entry we conducted a room check and things were fine. I understand the property receives outrageous complaints, but when something of this sort takes place, be kind and accommodating to those that pay to stay. Not gamble to stay

Great place to stay with kids and families.

Clean nice rooms , Neighbors were loud until 3am old here through the common double doors between rooms . Not the Hotel’s fault.

Hotel Staffs including Casino staffs are totally not friendly.

Room was ok AC could have been cooler the shampoo and body wash were empty which should have been filled upon arrival. Tv had nothing to watch unless u wanted to pay for in demand. Nothing here is free!

The staff at the check in desk was very helpful. They suggested that my husband become a rewards member and get his salute card which gave us free parking.

Great location, right in the middle of the strip.
