Upon arrival, the girl at the desk was pleasant and helpful. We arrived early, but we're told our room was ready, so we checked in and headed to our room. It wasn't ready. It was still being cleaned. After waiting about 10-15 minutes, it was "ready" for us to enter. I say "ready", because it wasn't actually clean. Both mattresses had some gnarly stains on them, there was random dust and loose hairs in the bathroom, and there was even something on the ceiling. All this, despite the fact that the room had literally JUST been "cleaned". So we requested a new room. Moved to the upper floor and checked the new room...and still not great. Clean...but instead looked like someone who "knows what he's doing" attempted several random repairs (mostly in the bathroom) and failed. Hotels should be required to hire actual repair people fix things rather than just having whatever Joe Shmoe with access to YouTube, do it. Moving on.... Breakfast was "meh". The eggs actually upset all three of our stomachs...which actually caused us to check out early the following day. The pool is pointless unless you aren't leaving the hotel. Closing it at 10 is downright stupid. It's like the hotel forgot adults are staying, there. Instead, it should flip to 21+ after 10. So we can get some pool time without a bunch of children causing a racket. I think what pi$$ed me off the most was the absolute lack of "bang for the buck". Because it definitely wasn't cheap. We'll stay elsewhere, next time.

There was a balcony around the pool that was creepy to me, and there were paint chips around the pool area, as well as the ceiling of the pool having wood exposure and lights dangling, which felt dangerous to me as well. Also, when my family and I got to the hotel, we experienced a blackout for a few minutes. However, on the plus side, breakfast was good.

Outside sitting would be nice but the hotel was fine

My husband and I had booked this hotel for 2 nights. The room did not have the facility of a coffee machine, no house-keeping available unless you stay there for 4 nights, towels and bed linens were dirty. Breakfast was very ordinary, cold and the quantity was over by 9 am. When we requested the items to be refilled, the staff just looked away. We just got bread, yogurt, butter and jam for breakfast. Rest all were over and not replenished even after requesting them to refill. We stayed there for 2 nights. I would definitely never recommend this hotel even for 1 night. We had stayed at Best Western in Gatlinburg and were happy, hence booked it here too, but after paying $664 for 2 nights here, it was a complete waste of money, so please think twice before booking this property.

Property was clean, staff was helpful and courteous

The hotel was adequate for our 2 day stay. The Bathroom was a little small, the decor was a bit outdated, the lighting was minimal, especially above the sink where most women get ready in the morning. It would be nice to have another mirror in the main part of the room near an outlet. The staff, especially Lisa at the Niagara Falls location was an absolute delight! Very knowledgeable about restaurants, etc... breakfast was nice, good variety!

Nice big rooms very clean , large shower … lot to choose from to eat at the free breakfast.. nice size pool but not for little kids 3.5 feet is the shallow end..
