Stayed here to take a flight out of phx. It’s basic and close to the airport. We got there late and they gave our reservation to someone else. After we cleared things up we got in our hotel and everything was smooth.

The rooms were filthy and outdated, even after I requested to be moved to another room. The sheets had body fluid stains still on them from previous guests, and the overall building was quite dirty. I couldn't use the pool even in triple digit temperature because of how dirty it was. The only good thing is the proximity to the airport and sky train.

This is a very old hotel that may have been nice 20+ years ago. Old and run down, restaurant service was rude, slow and they made you feel like you were bothering them. THe room was so dated with stained carpets, old fixtures, uncomfortable bed and an air conditioner that was so loud it kept me up all night. Even though my stay was just for an unexpected layover, there are multiple other hotels that are close to the airport that have to be so much better than this place - they have truly given up.

Ótimo
Staff was supportive and informative. The room was clean and comfortable as was the general hotel; noted evidence of aging but know that hotels in general suffered during COVID and afterward. Nice to see Crowne Plaza doing such a good job. The parking and airport shuttle are very convenient.
