Amazing place good location great amenities

The rooms need some work and just looked tired .

Breakfast was terrible and felt unclean with loads of dishes everywhere. Rooms were ok but had no shampoo/conditioner or cleaning supplies. Was a little disappointing considering the prices for one night. Overall the hotel felt like it was very understaffed.

Check in was abysmal. 25minute wait to check in. Once we got to our room the keys didn't work. Had to wait another 25minutes for maintenance to come and open our door. There is a lift to the pool, but then you must ascend and descend stairs to get to it, so not accessible for all.

The checkin process was very slow and long. Even after that process, a major error was made after another guest was allocated to the room I was already in. No apology was given at the time of incident or upon checkout when I was not in the allocated room. The studio room was large with a great lounge and kitchen area. Room was adequate for just the one night stay.

Checkin was frustrating… we were in a ‘private residence’ however we’re not told this. It was relevant because we were only able to use 2 out of the 5 elevators available and even then you had to use a different scanner to access the floor level you were on. None of this was explained to us until the 3rd time we approached the reception! We were also given only one set of keys for a 2 bedroom apartment. We wanted to use the TV however this did not work and the remote appeared to have no batteries. Not wanting to muck around with the lifts again I didn’t even bother to try and fix the problem. The room itself was not overly clean. When we first arrived I picked up a large ball of hair/dust from the corner of the bathroom. The breakfast was great, as were the staff in the breakfast area. The location was also really good. The complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch. The view from the 23rd floor was incredible

Buffet Breakfast here is the best - the eggs bar is sensational

Great spot! Would be good if the Host is a bit more proactive in their Comms with guests.
