I already knew going into it that the rooms were going to be small, but they are extremely small. If you have large check in bags plus other bags, it will be a nearly impossible fit. The worst part of the experience was the air conditioning. Apparently they have the building set to one temperature across the board, in the lobby it felt ok, but in our 11th floor room, it felt muggy. There is no AC unit in the room, only a humidifier and fan. The wifi was also very weak, and the pillows were such a weird crunchy uncomfortable material. The only good thing about this place is the location, close to Shinjuku and the government building with the observatory and nightly light show. We only spent our last couple days here before flying out, the rest of the time was airbnbs and they are still a tight squeeze but they at least had AC units and were much cheaper.
