Pros: Bed is clean, air con is silent and works well. The restaurant (Tearoom) served wonderful 5 stars food, including its breakfast. There is a shuttle bus from hotel to nearby and to Vivo city. Fast check in and check out. Cons: The hotel (for Premier room w balcony) need some facilities upgrading soon and to do a throughout cleaning. Room is generally dusty (seen from cups and parts of cabinets) and tile floor need proper mopping (the tiles had some chocolate stains from previous occupant which i had to clean), the cleaners were rushing to clean during peak hours. The basin and shower area wasn't clean properly. The shower water will wet the restroom as the glass door is not properly sealed. There are no space or equipment to hang multiple wet clothes and shower towels (poor design) Additional towel and toiletries requests (from room TV app) only came the next day afternoon.

Room was quite spacious but the lighting was too dim. Dated furnishings. Found a lipstick stain on bedsheet when we returned at 11pm. Didn’t want to call housekeeping as it’s only a night so just cover with towel and slept. There was quite a crowd at breakfast but staff were patient and courteous. A good variety of breakfast spread but quality is average. A plus point of this room is the water filter installed for guests convenience. Complimentary snacks and drinks at mini bar. Room not soundproof and can hear noises from the neighboring pipes and corridor. Having said that, it was pleasant to wake up to various types of birds chipping.

The pool was fabulous. Large comfortable room. Easy to walk around sentosa beach area. Only slight negative was service at restaurant was really hit-or-miss.

room was run down evwn though good gesture by the hotel manager,basin was dirty,dead lizard in living room,malay female staff wearing specs at counter no smile and seems hostile,breakfast was so so,called room dining,transferred us but no answer,not once but twice and left us hanging there! asked for extra blanket,took an bour plus and need to call and remind...really cant compare with rws hotel such as equarius and ora or capella,quite a dissapointment in the room cleaniness and service staff

Getting Here:

Guests entering via Sentosa Express: Please present Hotel Confirmation Letter at Sentosa Express VivoCity Ticketing counter and Complimentary QR code will be issued to facilitate the entry via Sentosa Express flapgates.

Guests entering via Main Gantry: Please present Hotel Confirmation Letter at manned lane of main gantry. Complimentary entry on the POS is activated to facilitate entry via taxi, car or PHV. Each Hotel Confirmation Letter only entitled up to 4 pax to access Sentosa Express. Admission charges will apply if the Letter is not presented. The Resort is undergoing refurbishment works from 3 January to 31 May 2024. Recreational facilities remain operational during this period. For more information, please contact the Resort directly.
