Fantástico
Excellent classic style hotel with “old fashioned” service. Value for the money in close downtown proximity . Good choice buffet breakfast. All in all a pleasant experience. (2nd stay)

Rooms don’t have AC and with the heat was hot to sleep. Hotel did provide a large fan which did help some.

Fantástico
We traveled with a 5 years old boy and the staff prepared a little bed for him in the room. This was an amazing detail and he felt great having his own bed. Super clean and perfect location for tourist attractions.

We loved that the AC could be blasted, as we love to sleep in a chilly room! Good walking distance to Marienplatz. Took 30 min the morning to get to the airport. Good wine bar attached to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here, although it was less than 20 hours.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. If possible, be careful when choosing your room. Ours did not have air conditioning, and while the hotel provided a fan, the room was still quite warm. We ended up opening the window to cool it down, but because the hotel is so close to the train station, it was extremely noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. When we arrived, the staff was polite and professional, but they weren't particularly welcoming or warm. While they addressed our needs, the overall customer service experience felt somewhat impersonal. The location is convenient if you're traveling by train, but if you're a light sleeper or staying during warmer weather, I'd recommend confirming that your room has air conditioning or requesting a quieter room away from the train side of the property.

The property was in close proximity to Marien Platz and the train station as well as many restaurants and cafes which was excellent. We did have to change rooms because the noise from the trams was so loud and continued until 2:00 a.m. The hotel was able to accommodate our request for a different room and we were very grateful. We also appreciated having a fan in the room because there was a heat wave in Europe during our stay.

This could've easily been a 1 star review because our initial room had no ac during a very bad heat wave. Staff was quick to help and we were able to switch to an ac room as soon as one was available the next day! Located in a convenient location and easily walkable to everything we wanted to do

Lovely hotel, great location and nice rooms. A bit dated but traditional. No view from the room window. Big disappointed was no air conditioning ! A portable fan helped but we can’t recommend for stays in summer months.

A classic refined Hotel very convenient to the train station and the city center. Lovely rooms amd amenities. Ask for a room that is not on the back side of the building where trams run along the street.
