This was the best experience of the trip so far. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive, and their service is very professional. They helped us carry our luggage proactively, without us having to ask. The facilities are luxurious, and the Christmas decorations were fabulous.

The hotel needs a lot of updates, everything things were aged, breakfast was very bad compared to other hotels that I have stayed on this trip.

Great place to stay! Good tidy rooms and friendly staff. Located amongst great parks alongside the river. Shops and transport options a short walk away. Restaurant has a good selection of all types of food. Could do with a refresh in places but a comfortable stay
