The air conditioner did not work and they said they do not have none one to fix it. Both of the room has not bath supplies such as shampoo o shower gel. The buffet food was cold and i think is expensive for the quality. It was over price for the rooms.

Desk staff was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to spend time with suggestions. Restaurant was great as was the terrace bar. Views were fantastic. Location was perfect for walking the city. 5 Stars all the way.

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located! It was our 25th anniversary and they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates and a voucher for two drinks in the sky bar! The only negative I had was the pillows. Otherwise 5 stars!

Very convenient and close to old city within few minutes walk. We booked a twin room and got upgraded to family room at the property. Clean rooms and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was comprehensive with a nice roof top view.

The room was spacious, modern, cool (great AC), and the included extras (kombucha, water, chocolate) were all much appreciated. The hotel staff were also very helpful, and the location is OK, more convenient to the train than the old town. My problem was with the top-floor restaurant. The staff there consistently wanted to close early. On our arrival night, the bar was supposed to be open until 1 AM. We got the kids to bed after an exhausting day traveling and were excited to go toast the city at 12:20. It was closed--they decided to close early. The next morning, breakfast was supposed to go until 10:30. So, it was kind of annoying to see them start breaking it down and cleaning up at 10:05. They didn't completely kick us out until 10:30 as promised, but they made several things unusable (e.g. cereal, by taking away the bowls) long before that.

Great central location. 10 minutes from train station. Great staff and the rooftop bar and rooms were great

We had a good stay. Great location within steps to the Mirabelle gardens. Hotel looks very new and clean. Staff and friendly and helpful with train info, local travel. Amenities are well thought out - umbrellas, water refill station, drinks, dessert. One suggestion I would make is to open up the a la carte breakfast early - they ask to wait till 9:30AM which is too late for folks looking for breakfast but not interested in a $40 buffet. This was an inconvenience for us, otherwise everything else was good.

As you would expect of a high end hotel everything was excellent. Helpful and welcoming staff, all amenities in place and very good breakfast buffet. We didn’t use the restaurant.

Nice room and layout for three people
