The Dusit Thani was “okay”. It’s only saving grace honestly, was it’s lovely staff. The hotel is advertised as “luxury” but that is a very misleading label. The property is nice and expansive with good amenities, pools, and a yummy breakfast. However the rooms are very plain and the restaurants on property leave a lot to be desired. We had 4 nights booked and left after the first as the hotel did not meet our expectations and the online pictures definitely enhanced its condition. It is a nice property if you are looking for a fun family resort and don’t care much about room or facility conditions, but it is not a charming or romantic resort. The process of switching hotels actually improved our view of the Dusit Thani Krabi as they handled our complaints and requests very gracefully and kindly. Special thanks to Nassara and Katie for turning our experience into a pleasant one.

Gorgeous property ..excellent location , room very clean , food delicious breakfast & dinner . All staff very polite and always smiling. Thank you dusit Thani , will definitely be my choice of hotel in the future !

Wonderful facility and staff

Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel experience, especially for the cost.

Dusit Thani exceeded my expectations. The grounds were well kept and talk about hospitality - we were warmly greeted by Lee, such a genuine person with the biggest smile. We went to check in and was given welcome drinks - iced lemongrass drink which was wonderful since it was quite hot. We paid to stay at the Club section - it was well worth it. Access to the club lounge which had an intimate setting and the staff there was incredible. They had an assortment of fruits, noodle soup, curry, made to order eggs Benedict, freshly baked scones, smoked salmon and many more. We ate at Mangosteen (other place to have breakfast) once as we had to get up early but the food at the Club Lounge was far superior. Fit, Lee, Sea were just wonderful and always pleasant to chat with when we were in the lounge. Also included in the club rooms are 2 pcs of laundry each day, and rooms are closest to the beach. There’s a golf cart to bring you back and forth to your building should you wish or near the beach. The room I have to say was pretty standard. It was spacious but can be modernized. A nice touch is the water filtration they had in the room so we can fill our water bottles anytime. They also provide a beach bag to use during your stay which we found handy. The beach was beautiful. It was never busy and we never had to struggle to find chairs in the beach or pools. Both pools were spectacular. I just wish that one pool would be adults only as it can get loud with small children.

The stay was quite good. The reception and lounge area do need fans as it was too hot to be there at the lounge.

Everything was fantastic from check in to check out. Lovely relaxing vibe.

Had four nights in Krabi. Excellent hotel beautifully clean. Breakfast amazing. Infinity pool overlooking the sea amazing views with swim Up bar … what More could you ask for.
