The smell in the lobby isnt inviting. There is a mouldy smell which i dont like, if i can i will cancel the booking. Breakfast is reasonably good. Would prefer to be given individual tea bags instead of a large pot of tea. The bed is too firm...those who want a softer bed should look elsewhere. Overall just a 6 or 6.5 / 10.

Good size room , we had a family room with 2 single bed and a queen bed. Shower and toilet room is big and clean. Breakfast is just OK,.

Location was great. Easy to walk to all the sights of Malacca plus two massive shopping malls close by. The rooms were large but had a very musky smell that lingered for our 2 night stay. The two large curtains remained shut as 1. There is no view 2. No net curtains for privacy. The bed was also one of the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on (but we did sleep okay).

Hotel was indeed very clean and tidy .. breakfast was great and location is quite convenient to the attraction place . I think for sure is the my hotel don’t provide Free parking for us that drive . Other than that everything is good and is worth staying at this hotel

The hotel room was clean and was big to accommodate 4 people. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel if were to come back to melaka for short getaways. Hotel is close to shopping mall, jonker street and food location.
