Excellent hotel, no faults to report

My worst experience staying at this hotel. I know this is only a 3-star hotel, but I would not recommend anyone staying here, and I will be taking my complaint directly to Expedia. We had booked this hotel for five nights. As we were due to arrive in the early hours of 27 May, we also booked an extra night to ensure the room would be available when we arrived. We were given room 505. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell. At first, we thought this was because the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. We went out to explore the town and returned later that night, at which point we realised the smell was raw sewage coming from the drains. The next morning, we approached the receptionist and asked for our room to be changed. To our surprise, the young man on reception told us they were already aware of the situation, that they had poured chemicals down the drains, and that it should be fine by the time we returned that evening. I am still confused as to why this room was given to us if they already knew there was a problem. When we returned that night, the problem was still there. The following morning, we went back to reception, and the same staff member told us there was no other room available. He then called two other staff members, who followed me to the room and claimed that the smell was only there because I had turned off the bathroom ventilation. I was totally satisfied with my stay here. Transportation to and from the airport was provided exactly as specified. My late check in was not a problem at all, all services were provided efficiently and professionally. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the star of the show is the shower. It provided high pressure and high heat, melting away all the fatigue from exploring Georgia during the day. Thanks.

The room was in a good condition. Had a few stains on the carpet, but not a big deal. Otherwise the room is clean. The daily cleaning was good too.

Room Air Conditioner was intentionally turned off to save on utility bill of the hotel so the room was hot. The staff told me to open the window in the room to ventilate the room so insects started to come in the room! The restaurant food was the worst I've eaten. Food was terrible, especially the meat, and I ate just enough so I am not hungry any more. Both female Staff members at the restaurant/bar area were cold, rude & unprofessional at all! Absoltely the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my life!!!

Rook was great and had a very spacious balcony
