It is not a typical hotel but an apartment converted to several hotel rooms in an old building that has several such hotels. So basically you expect staying in a room in an old building But the room was clean and staff were accessible via phone

Its in a good location near the train station and its a nice clean well air conditioned room. The elevator is a little sketchy but other than that its a great property for a trip to ROME.

Or room was clean, quiet, and located near several restaurants, some shops, and a small market. There is no "24 hour front desk", but a very helpful person to check you in and help you get settled. Be prepared for minimal amenities and a very small shower. Be aware this building is very old and is shared with several other hotels/B&Bs. Our room was on the 4th floor, and we had to bring our luggage up in an antique elevator large enough for 1 person and 2 pieces of luggage. Value for the cost was ok.

The bed was not clean, hairs & bed bug residues. No staff to greet us and difficult to communicate. Unable to provide clean bed sheets/comforter. Location near Termini train station was nice.
