The staff were super helpful and nice, also accommodating. The hotel is more like a hostel rather than a boutique. The rooms are very small in comparison to what is advertised on the website (i.e., no closet to hang your clothes and not much space to roam esp., if there are two of you). Shower room is all glass door and it's is literally next to the entrance door, so make sure no one is in the hallway when your partner opens the door. The vent fan was not working in the shower and bathroom so we had to open one window at all times. Otherwise, this place is not bad if you just need a place to sleep and shower.

First time booking the Boylston Hotel, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were very kind, and the check in/out process was easy and smooth. I loved how modern and clean the hotel was, and I particularly loved the lounge downstairs. There aren’t any elevators in the hotel, but they have a service to help bring bags up the stairs. The room itself was very clean and tidy. It was a super hot day, but the AC in the room was so cold I genuinely forgot about the heat outside. I also love that guests have their own access code into the building. I felt very secure and safe. Really enjoyed my stay! Will definitely be booking here again next Seattle trip.

The communication with the front desk was great. Anthony helped me get instructions on how to arrive from the airport, using public transportation and get to the hotel. He also upgraded my room when I arrived. I decided, because of a street
festival on the street that the hotel was on, that I wanted to cancel my last night after 3 wonder days and that was done quickly and efficiently. The hotel is clean and quiet and accessible to restaurants. I had a wonderful time!

Staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. I needed to extend my stay one more night and they made that process so easy. I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. I stayed by myself and the room was perfect for me. Only complaint was the AC was veryyyy loud, made it hard to sleep but there was earplugs in the room that I ended up using and that helped.

Overall good stay. My room access number did not work half the time and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone after hours. Thankfully it worked after repeatedly trying for 30 minutes or I would have been sleeping in the lobby.
