Everything was great , Staff were still going through training but all did an excellent job . Rooms were great along with fantastic rooftop bar . will be coming back

What a great hotel well positioned for eating and drinking in central Auckland plus the added bonus of a roof top bar/restaurant i would highly recommend this hotel to stay in if your with family or on your own.

Loved this stay. The location was handy to Queen Street shopping. Plenty of carpark options all within 150metres. The hotel is very nicely decorated, with a great gym, restaurant and the rooftop bar is next level. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning.

Clean rooms & sheets, courteous staff, great location. Make sure you look up the room pics before booking. I didn’t and ended up in a room which didn’t have a chair or desk to work. It’s my fault. Only thing I disliked about my stay was that they couldn’t give me a take away cup so I could take my coffee outside the breakfast area.

Great place to stay, Really good vibe throughout with a friendly & attentive team. I had a light dinner at the Aka rooftop bar & restaurant and breakfasts at the hotel dining area both were excellent. I will definitely be staying again.

We checked in and unfortunately the first room we were given wasn’t finished. Lights hanging out of the roof mirror on the floor. Went to reception and was told we would need to wait an hour. Told the manager we needed to get ready for a function, gave us free breakfast and found a room quickly. Good work. However in the room the tracks for the drapes didn’t cover the whole window. Maybe opened a week early. Quality checks not done by the looks. Nice hotel and good location. Just need to iron out the issues

Fantástico
Hotel was only open for a week when we stayed there. A few minor items were quickly fixed. The Asian neighborhood allowed us to eat great food and be near the Art Gallery.
