コネクティングルームに滞在しましたが、片方の鍵がしまりにくく、コツを掴むまで少し時間がかかりました。お部屋にティッシュはないので持参するのが良いです。サンセットタウンの中心部に近く、便利な場所にあります。 フロントの方に頼むと街のランドリーサービスを利用できます。1kg5万ドンで受けてくださいました。蒸し暑い国なのでとても助かりました。朝出すと夕方には戻ってきています。 朝食は提携しているレストランに連れて行ってもらう形です。冷蔵庫もついています。

There quadruple room is two rooms adjacent to each other with king beds good for 2 or 3, I booked 2 quaruple rooms thinking I am only booking for 2 rooms and ended up with 4 rooms and 4 beds which is too many for us, I wanted to cancel the 2 rooms or one quadruple room as they say because obviously I was mislead and made a mistake booking but my tough luck, they wont cancel the extra room. We had too many unnecessary rooms this trip, Tsk tsk... the room we booked was with the fireworks view, it comes with a price but I was dissatisfied it's not a clean view, there's a little obstruction because of the vents on the roof of the neighboring building.another snag are the mosquitoes in the room. I was bitten twice before I was able to squash them. But this hotel though is walking distance to restaurants, the kissbridge, the shows, etc.

Stay Away! Mosquito infested, blood on bedsheet and unprofessional staff. I checked into the hotel with my wife and was initially pleased. The hotel is fairly new and a few minutes walk from the central area. However, once we go into the room, it was clear that there were major problems. We could see dead mosquitoes on the table, on the floor and 2 on the wall killed and left by the previous guests(?). In the subsequent hour, I killed another 5-6 mosquitoes myself. When we turned over the bed comforter, we saw 2 patches of blood, the type where you slap and kill blood laden mosquito on the bedsheet. All these made me wonder if there had been proper room cleaning since the last guests left. We went to the reception and asked to change a room, or at least get a new bedsheet. And the answer was it is hotel policy that we need to pay to change a room even if it is dirty, and the staff also said he did not know where the bedsheets were kept. He called the cleaning lady and came back to say ALL the bedsheets were sent for cleaning and there was none left. A hotel with no spare bedsheet?!? Fine! So we asked if we can get one from another guest room and the staff said all the rooms were occupied. (That was likely a lie as we saw several doors ajar with no guests inside late at night). He also said he would get the cleaning lady to change the bedsheet the next day. But that never happened for the 2 days we stayed there. Horrible!

Get an ocean view because you can watch the nightly show for free from your window. The place was great and located in the heart of tourism and restaurants.

This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Sunset Town. Walk to the tram to the water park. Very close to lots of great restaurants & nightlife. Our room was the best!! If you are in a top floor room facing the water you have an excellent view of kiss bridge & the fireworks at night.

The hotel is clean, convenient and closed to downtown of Sunset town

Good location, very close to night walking Sunset plaza. Room is clean, but we found mosquitos in our room. No receptionist available in the early morning when we checked out, so we left the room key and a note on the reception desk. Overall, it's a good place for a short stay in Phu Quoc with this reasonable price.

Very good boy on receiption. Rooms are clean and new furnished. Location perfect. Only issue which is not good, we booked 2 single beds, they offered one double bed room. Be careful if you need 2 single beds.

Room was good. There are some construction flaws, like all the hotels that were there before. The staff is friendly and always helpful.
