Loved it for a family Stay!

The apartment itself was excellent. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and well equipped. The living area was spacious, with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a balcony and excellent walk-in showers. A special mention must go to Alberto and Sania, who were outstanding throughout our visit. I have some mobility difficulties, and they were always kind, attentive, and willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble, and they are a real credit to the property. Unfortunately, there were two aspects that prevented me from giving a higher rating. Firstly, the location is not as central as some visitors might expect from teh given description. For older travellers or anyone with mobility issues, many of Florence's main attractions involve a considerable walk or require a taxi. We walked back once and it really was a very long walk while the taxis are plentiful but will add to your budget. Secondly, we were uncomfortable being asked for a gratuity at check-out almost implication being 50 Euros per day would be immediately paid for from our credit card stored. We had already paid a substantial amount for the apartment, in addition to the city tax, and felt that a direct request for tips was inappropriate. We both are well above the retirement age but we both work and this was a very expensive hotel for 5 nights. Overall, the accommodation and staff support were excellent, but these two issues affected our experience.

The location is ideal: situated in a calm enclave, yet an effortless walk to the city's major landmarks. What truly elevates this property is the elite level of hospitality. The staff are welcoming, and Francesco was especially considerate and helpful, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfectly comfortable. Exceptional design paired with deeply attentive service. Highly recommended.

This newly constructed property in Florence is exceptional in every way. The location is ideal, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, and the accommodations are spacious and comfortable — more than enough room for guests traveling in a small group. Will definitely return!

Teatro luxury apartments was better than advertised. A great home away from home. Its in a great neighbourhood and a 20 minute walk to central Florence. I highly recommendd this stay.

The housekeeping staff is extremely thorough. The property is modern, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend as the location is very convenient and the area is quiet.
