Fantástico The rooms were very clean and cool. If the only thing I could complain about was that the coffee at the breakfast. It was alittle to bitter for my taste other than that great stay. Staff were every helpful and willing to help.

Fantástico This cute little hotel in West Lake is perfect for the weary traveller looking for a little peace away from the Hanoi bustle. Located not far from the lake and within easy walking distance of banks and restaurants, it’s a perfect place to get your bearings upon arrival in Hanoi. Great friendly staff, clean hotel with a great breakfast.

Abaixo da média Sink was plugged, water wasn’t draining on check-in day, hotel charged extra for additional pillows. Buffet breakfast was decent though.

Fantástico I liked it from the moment I walked in. The hotel was very clean. The room was excellent, with a modern layout and all the amenities you would expect in a hotel room. I highly recommend it.
