I cannot rate anything accurately other than the check in experience because i could not get in the property. I booked unit 205 via Expedia and was switched to 207 by the property. I did not noticed the change and my reservation with Expedia was never changed to 207. I headed to unit 205 with a code to enter for unit 207. My family and i stood in the street for about 45min under the sun in an area that is quite sketchy. I tried to contact Expedia and the property mgmt. The number provided gets you to an AI agent that can send you a text msg with an email address to then receive a phone call from the mgr. When i received the call, we were already in an Uber headed to another Hotel and not happy. The mgr tried to explain and justify over and over that none of it was their fault. Imagine if this was at night? I expect reservations to be honored as made. If this is not possible through a third party, don’t work with them. When providing check in instructions, send the phone number of a real person. I am headed to another property in another city and just got my check in instructions with a video and the phone number of the manager for any issues. Refreshing!

The worst it’s not even a hotel address is different and everything was nasty

Everything was nice. We had an issue at check in, but it was Expedia app, not them. Another couple had the same problem. My only thing is that your can’t call and speak to anyone, it’s all thru email. The property was nice. Area was cool, plenty of parking. I would book again for sure

I would satay again. We came in for the Roots Picnic. It will say place was clean. We chose this property to experience some of Philly’s roots! There were minor issues like only having only having one set of towel and washcloths. The room has some upgrades but you can tell they were put up poorly, the toilet roll hanger would not hold the toilet tissue. The shower needed a better scrub and there was now where to place the toiletries in the shower. The electrical sockets. Needed Atleast one by the bed. There was a table that had the plug ins which I think a small table with the device plugs attached would work. Minor things! Great stay

Rough area of town. But very affordable. You get what you pay for. It was safe for me.

This apartment was nice as it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities such as AC and TVs in each room, however it was a bit disappointing. We were given minimal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and towels to bathe with) so we had to personally stock up on those. It was not very clean- the bedding had random stains on it and the bath tub had a used (and stained) shower liner in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain fully when being used. There were also a lot of air fresheners all over, which I’m assuming was to mask the smell of cat pee and weed from the other tenants in the hallway. We also kept getting woken up in the middle of night by traffic and tires screeching outside, but that is just what comes with visiting Philly. There was plenty of free parking on side streets, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a fine stay for the price; it was fairly clean and felt safe for the area. Instructions on how to enter were easy to follow, and check out was simple. I would recommend if you’re on a budget.
