Arrived at 0130 in the morning and the receptionist couldn't be more friendly and courteous. Check in was done in 10 minutes with a smile and she even hold the elevator for us to go up into the room. Area is perfect with multiple late night 24/7 eateries in front in a market area. No a/c but late night bun bo hue hits different after a 24 hours flight the US. Area in the morning is perfect, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops. Saigon Centre is just 5 mins walk down the road if you fancy some a/c shopping and eateries. Check out time is Noon, the hotel can hold the luggage while you still shop around or wait for your ride. Couldn't be happier, might stay here again in 3 days once I'm back from a short trip to Da Lat.

Just ok

Had an amazing stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful and the space was very clean and comfortable.

friendly and helpful staff the no window room was noisy, so the staff moved me to a city room view central and convenient location

Great hotel in a very good central location. Good Vietnamese street food closeby

Room, location and area were a disaster

Great staff, clean room but poor lighting in the room especially the bathroom.
