The room did not have a remote control which was a pain, we did ask and were informed there were no more available. The staff were helpful in allowing us to stay in our room when we had booked two nights separately. The breakfast was good

Comfortable double room and nice clean bathroom. Great shower. Luckily on a hot weekend my room was shaded but other members of our party had very hot rooms. Staff very helpful in providing fans but still quite warm! Good breakfast (full English) and helpful staff.

We loved it! Already booked for next year. The perfect family hotel done with the Chatsworth Estate know-how!

Bed was so comfortable!! Amazing. Not Much storage in the room and no dressing table with mirror to sit and do makeup. Apart from that lovely. Will be back!

Self service check in was broken so needed to check in in the restaurant. I had pre checked in and paid the £60 dog charge but the system was asking for it again, quickly sorted by the manager. Room had a lovely view and was decorated well. There’s nowhere to hang anything, used towels, clothes you need to hang unless you use the hooks in the main room which are over a bench. We had an issue with our tv and when I went to find help for it a member of the bar staff wasn’t very helpful (basically told me depending on which room I was in I might have a newer tv but otherwise most of them hadn’t been replaced since taking over from Premier Inn). Great location and we had a good meal in the restaurant where the staff were lovely but I just felt that overall it wasn’t quite the standard I’d experienced at other Chatsworth properties and eateries.

Plenty of parking spaces

Ideally located for walking holiday this was a good hotel with good facilities.

Excellent value for money

just an overnight stay, no issue at all

Clean room, excellent shower at good.
