Heaters not strong enough for the winter and very small bathroom. Rooms are very old and not maintained well. Receptionist isn't very friendly

Bom Staff were kind and clear but the place was not as advertised. This is a hostel, not a motel.

This is a very basic facility. I was able to do washing by purchasing it for $6 including drying. Room was fine and mostly clean (a little bit of hair in bathroom). The main problem was the wifi, which barely worked. This caused me a lot of problems with my own work.

The room was nothing like the pictures, no towels supplied,
wouldn't have booked the if I new it was part of the backpacker building.
The bathrooms weren't very nice
