Fantástico
Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties. Although the place is about 5-10 mins from the main street, I would advise renting a car if you would book this place. I would recommend this place 10/10!!

We had an amazing stay at Vita Tulum! Every person we interacted with was kind, pleasant, and welcoming. Our apartment exceeded our expectations. The private pool was very enjoyable as well as the larger roof top pool. We will absolutely stay here again during our next Mexico getaway!

The kitchen is large with plenty of storage. Kettle and coffee maker and large fridge . I would suggest more pots and pans for 4 people accomodating the room

The place was very big specially each bedroom were huge, each with their bathrooms and two with terraces, and it had a large terrace with a large tub. Also a pool to share on the rooftop. Kitchen was fully equipped and big. The place was nicely decorated, new and very comfortable!

Gorgeous property! But it’s not near anything and the taxi situation is confusing, frustrating and a complete rip off. If you’re ok staying isolated on this property then it’s perfect for the price! If you want to explore and be on the beach don’t stay here because you’ll spend so so so much on taxis for no reason. The property is beautiful and the rooftop pool is amazing.

The address was not accurate. The property name is not on the building, so it is tremendously difficult to find. I messaged Expedia. Instead of getting a proper address and phone number to contact the property, I was told the distance the property is from the beach and downtown. That was useless! And the phone number I received was incorrect! After making multiple stops and asking multiple people, it took me over an hour to find the place. Once I got checked in, the unit was awesome - full sized fridge, separate washer and dryer, large floor to ceiling windows, etc. I will definitely rent again.
