The location of the hotel is off the city center. Long walk from the city center. The rooms are small. No room to walk when you lay a suitcase on the floor. No view from the window from 3rd floor, other building literally right next to the window blocking the view. Felt like living in a box with now window. Not very friendly staffs. However the hotel is pretty clean.
I would not recommend this hotel base on the location, room size, and guest service.
I choose this hotel based on my past experience with same hotel in Kyoto which was excellent. This one is disappointing and charged more than Kyoto.

アクセス良し、部屋も綺麗でしたが、チェックイン時のフロントの方が説明が早過ぎて途中何言ってるのかわからなかったです。
でも快適だったのでまた泊まりたいです。

Fantástico Great hotel. Very central to everything and a close walk to the main Sapporo train station. Rooms were quiet. Staff was very friendly
