Room and stay was very nice however upon checking out I realized I left my passport and phone behind only a day later contacted the hotel in hopes it would be there and it was but they did not bother to call or contact me they have since not responded to my messages to give me my belongings back

Everything from all the housekeeping staff, bar staff, floor managers and the the owners of the hotel or shall I say the Palace…🥰 Amazing people, Impeccable service and Endless Love ❤️ The facilities are amazing 👌

Wow what a hotel and more importantly all the staff who were absolutely amazing, so polite and professional from the housekeeping staff, all the bar staff and all levels of management, they are like a family. Thw rooms and facilities are of top quality. The spa and swim facilities again very impressive

I had a great time at Diva Patong Hotel. The pool side bar and lounge area had such a chill out vibe, perfect for unwinding after beach day. Cocktails were affordable and tasty and the lounge music created the great atmosphere. The staff was helpful with tour bookings and local tips too.

I had such a relaxing time here full stop the bed was super comfortable and I appreciated the strong higher conditioning after a long day in the heat. There in house restaurant served delicious food. The pool area was just awesome, enjoy drinks from there bar counter and enjoy the lot can't be explained in words. Great great stay.

This hotel needs a lot of renovations. The owner needs to close it down for a while and work on getting it up to livable standards. Let's talk about the bathroom, the ceiling exposed the electrical wires, posing a safety hazard, the toilet is literally in the shower, when taking a shower, you are washing the toilet at the same time. The beds were very hard and the linen had stains. Please have ear plugs, because the rooms are not sound proof. Don't be encouraged to add breakfast to your stay, the food was very bad and it's not worth it. Their adjoining restaurant was very dirty and not well maintained. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but checked out earlier, because this place was not fit to stay the entire stay. Good luck and please read reviews before booking. I am also going to leave a google review in case this one gets removed.

Nice enough hotel - a bit bonkers, but in a good way! Make sure you have ear plugs if you want a good night's sleep.

Our multigenerational family vacation is successful. The large pool with a shallow area kept the kids entertained. The on site restaurant offered a variety of dishes to please everyone's taste buds. The comfortable rooms provided ample space for our entire family.
