素泊まりを利用しました。3階の部屋でしたのでエレベーターがないので移動が大変でした。所々古さがありリフォームされていますがシミとかあります。チェックイン等はスムーズでした。従業員の人には大変親切にして頂きました。 立地はとても良いので大変助かりました。 値段も時期によっては安いのでコスパいいと思います。

Nice place. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable, but for some reason, it felt cluttered and unsettling. This might be due to the numerous electrical appliances and cords in the room. Breakfast was lovely, but being in a private room made it difficult to move around and lacked a sense of relaxation. Overall, it didn't feel worth the price.

Room space and amenities. Housekeeping was excellent. Very nice bar. Staff were friendly even with limited English. Enjoyed the private bath. Great location near to old Karuizawa street. Quiet luxury to sum up description of this boutique hotel.
