Great property at a very competitive price. We enjoyed our time here. High end hotel and rooms. Airport shuttle very convenient. Our family was the only one getting transported from hotel (checkout time) direct to terminal 3 (international departures). Neighborhood is very safe to walk. Otiorii station within 5min walk on same sidewalk. You can easily walk with rolling suitcases. Highly recommended if planning to get closer to Haneda airport for flight connections.

I had never been to Japan or a 4 star hotel in the states. So maybe this is something people are used to but the hotel entryway was stunning. The staff made everything as easy as possible and more than helpful with anything I could’ve asked for. Incredibly close to the train station as well to get to anywhere you may want. It does have somewhat limited hours to get food through the hotel but it is incredible food. But again, very close to many different options when it is closed. The cleaning staff went above and beyond as well. Every day felt like walking into a room for the first time but all of my things were exactly where they needed to be.

Professional staff, provided complimentary shuttle from Haneda airport (only during certain hours) we arrived late at night so it was much appreciated. The driver helped place our luggage in the luggage space before driving us to the hotel, double check map since the shuttle stop is across the street from the airport terminal, not where the buses typically run. Lawson and 7 eleven literally across the street from the hotel, makes it super convenient to grab a quick bite. Superior room was modern, clean and spacious, hair dryer was nice and strong. I would definitely stay here again. I am grateful for the excellent customer service, front desk can understand and speak English. Thank you for the pleasant stay and impressive first impression upon arrival in Japan!

Great place for the price. Nice, clean, quiet, amenities up to date. Convenient location, close to subway station if you want to visit the city. Also, great appreciation to their staff. We have our luggages delivered to the hotel a few days prior to check in. On the date of check in, they already put our luggages in the room!!
