They allowed us to keep our luggage on site before checking in and even after checking out. Breakfast had lots of variety. Hotel was clean and quiet. Location is great, just a block from the beach. Will stay again

Lots of steps to get to lobby not good for strollers (staff usually help lift)
Bath leaks (kids still loved it but does get slippery in bathroom)

A very relaxing stay, mattress and pillows excellent. All the staff were polite and helpful. Brian was really helpful with a few things we were not too sure about.

From the moment we walked into the lobby until the time we left, we were very welcomed. Kevin, our concierge, was awesome. Very good value.

I am writing this review because i find the property nice.
1. It is next to 24 hours mart where you can buy drinks water fruits etc. also next to nail body saloon .
2. Next to american, Chinese, Vietnam, indian and other food
3. 3 min walk from
Beach and can see sea very from roof. If you are in this hotel-
4. I stayed with my kid so room was cleaned all days and nicely, also bathtub was useful.

5, MOSTLY I LIKE THE STAFFS BEHAVIOR. Its NEW HOTEL SO THAT MATTERS MOST. STAFFS ARE GOOD .

Exceptional Service and Thoughtful Touches
I recently stayed at Mercy Emerald Hotel and had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were truly touched with Brian he was such helpful and very thoughtful that made our stay very special.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
I highly recommend the Mercy Emerald Hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

A great hotel for the price and in a good location. My only criticism would be that the corridors leading to the rooms need to be vacuumed more, the room itself was spacious and spotless. I would stay again if I return to Da Nang.

First hotel that has ever upgraded me for free with gold membership after about 10 years being gold !!
Mange to get a sea view
Spent 7 days here good location short distance to beach lots of nice places to eat
Breakfast was good lots go choice
Bryan at the reception always made sure I asked how I was and looked after me
