The property will contact guests with instructions.- The lift is located on the 2nd floor. Guests must carry their luggage to the 2nd floor to take the lift.- There is no front desk at the property. Guests are required to provide their approximate arrival time in advance.- The property office hour is from 11:00 to 18:00.
