The room is very good and the door man is very courteous.

Smell of cigarettes smoke although it is non smoking room.

Had a one night stay here. Room was huge and staff was polite. However, staff are not too sure about the "newly imposed" tourism tax by the government.

Very spacious room, lots of table space to place handbags and cosmetics. Managed to get an unobstructed view room. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and quite yummy. Room service food was good but was unable to get dessert after 10pm (room service ends at 11pm) Would be good if there is a towel rack within reach of the shower. Shower itself has good water pressure and heater was excellent and quick. Housekeeping service was prompt but had to contact them as the daily room service wasn’t (missing towels, floor towel not replaced daily, face towel requested upon check-in but never provided, coffee sachets not replenished) Iron and ironing board were awesome but no hair dryer in the room. No disposable slippers provided. Location : no convenience store nearby (petrol kiosk has minimal stock) Easy access to several food districts if driving or e-hailing

Located near the office I am visiting but limited dining & shopping facilities.

Friendly professional service, quick check in, very nice comfortable room, great location, always stay here whenever I am in Malaysia, highly recommend this hotel.

Nice sie rooms for the price. House keeping needs to improve. Mold and grime on Bathroom tiles and grout. Value for money.

Not worth the price .Room was spacious but bathroom was dirty with blocked sink.. Air-conditioner fan was noisy couldn't sleep with that noise.No eateries nearby only good thing that has train station nearby .

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Armada. The room was very spacious and clean. TV had a decent variety of channels. No toothbrush was provised. This wasn't really a problem, but if I'd known this, I would have brought on with me.
