The room was dated but in a neat clean tidy condition. The building and shared areas were clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant though our interaction was limited due to our after hours self check in. Great coffee shop straight through the adjacent carpark (Junes) and an awesome Korean restaurant just behind the accommodation. Good location to meals and shopping. Tram access

Clean rooms n staffs r polite but better if staffs r at counter 24hrs n if there is room cleaning for hygiene purposes

The Randor staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also super convenient and walkable.

The room was very comfortable. A very comfortable bed with nice soft cotton sheets and a heavy cotton comforter. The jacuzzi tub was a great touch with unique features. The television was a smart tv so we could connect to Amazon and the kitchen was also helpful to have.

Room is great amenities are great. Parking is terrible. Night clerk was helpful. Clerks in the morning not as much. Not bad but not as helpful as the other hotels we stayed at
