checkin was simple, checkout the office was closed until 9. when we hoped to leave earlier. booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, the water pressure was almost non existent & not hot, so the tub couldn’t be used. the entire room smelled & my daughter had to wash her feet multiple times from being barefoot/her feet were black. we checked in very late (just a pit stop from a longer drive home from nashville) so switching rooms wasn’t really an option. but, i will not be back or recommend this place to anyone.

A decent place to stay if staying one night. Just wanted a cheap room near Dollywood so we wouldn’t have to drive back the same night. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely needs an upgrade.
