Very clean room and the cutest balcony. I loved this place the only thing that got me was the 2 steps into the front of the property I tripped on about every time I walked in and out . 10/10 for everything but -0.1 for the step 10/9.9.

Great place to stay at! The front desk staff were very bery nice. Would come back for sure!

Bella Grande is brilliantly located, has a fun covered courtyard, an excellent in-house Italian restaurant (Donna) which you get 15% off if staying, lots of lovely nooks and crannies and lovely lovely staff. However, unless you’re in the courtyard or front lobby it is very atmospheric for which read dimly lit which makes it brilliant for a date (presuming you don’t want to gaze at your companion’s face too closely) and a bit murky for everything else, even the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim. The only other things to mention are firstly that there are only two very small lifts at each end of the building so it’s often quicker to take the stairs as long as you’re not too high up or carrying luggage. Secondly, the “gym”/ fitness room leaves a little to be desired, an investment of sub £1,000 for just a couple of machines would make it far more useful. Overall a lovely place with a lovely feel in a very good spot for the centre of town. Maybe not the absolute best for a work visit (we had to afk then to put desks in our room which they obliged brilliantly) but a really nice place.

My room was lovely- spacious, clean & comfortable. While the bathroom was chic, there was space for a larger sink and more storage. I had to store most of my toiletries outside of the bathroom. Rugs would be beneficial for comfort, as well as managing noise in the hotel. The walls are very thin & my neighbors woke me up 2 nights in a row. The staff was helpful with this when I called in the middle of the night- but had to do so with my phone because there are no phones in the rooms. The hotel has great potential to be more elevated. The common spaces were grungy, dirty and the bathroom in the lobby was dirty. Due to this, we did not spend any time in the common areas or eat any meals at the hotel. Cleaner protocols, fresh flowers and more comfortable seating in the lobby would be beneficial.

Terrific Location. Great staff. Functional and well designed rooms. All in all, a great find in Copenhagen.

Great location

The images shown really do not reflect the hotel! The first experience was really unfortunate. It was absolutely tiny, facing a wall with no view. The original person helping us was incredibly unhelpful as well :( luckily, the staff moved us to a better room—but definitely not worth this price if we were in the other room.

The hotel is in a great location the staff was amazing. Our room and bathroom were very small but very clean. The only drawback of the hotel is the extremely small Elevator. Would stay again for 2 or 3 nights.

Beautiful boutique type hotel , felt it was out of a Agatha Christy novel , a step back in time. Good location Walk able area. Wish had more time to enjoy , only one night and had to get up very early for early morning flight. Would have liked more instruction on how to put on lights with main switch , didn’t care for safe it was too close to floor couldnt get down low enough to read directions! Also hard to get in touch with front desk , no phones in room and they use what’s app to communicate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
