Bom 객실에서 바다가 아주 쪼오끔 보여요ᆢ
그리고객실이 너무작아요 잠만 자고나오는수준
그리고 결정적으로 엘베긴 너무작고 타기가 너무어려워여ᆢ 깨끗하고 뷰도좋을것으로생각하고 갔는데 대실망이네요ᆢ 속초해수욕장과 가까운거빼면 그닥입니다

Bom Hotel restaurant all closed , rooms ok !! But front desk all staff are not much help customer !! I stay two days,I never seen smiled. All employees looks like not happy !!!!

The stay was really good, the room is comfy and the view is quite nice. If you are staying here...
1 tip: We couldn't do late check out because they said it was packed so we should've asked it in advance.
2. When we arrived they gave us a distrustful look and called my phone to check if I was the person that made the reservation.
We are gyopos, so I don't know if this was a good or bad thing for them to do, but it did feel somewhat uncomfortable. Never happened before in other places.
3. The bed is a little hard, kind of korean style, so be aware of that.
4. Elevators take forever to arrive.
*** The place is clean and nice though.. nice location.
